ADULT THERAPY

In a collaborative one-on-one relationship, individual therapy offers a space for psychological growth. I approach this from a belief that one's development is influenced by personal history and the larger social environment, recognizing that many factors - including age, physical abilities and cognitive talents, socioeconomic status, political viewpoints, religious/spiritual and/or philosophical beliefs, and sexual, gender, racial/ethnic identities and other unique characteristics - are salient your life.  

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and can focus on various areas of concern such as:
