CONSULTATION
For many people, affording therapy is the biggest obstacle to engaging in services. Give me a call if you have questions about my approach or would like guidance in navigating payment options.
INSURANCE
I encourage you to learn about your mental health benefits by contacting your insurance company. Most insurance companies cover therapy services. I am currently and Anthem provider, which is the UCSC student health insurance provider.
If I am not a provider on your insurance panel, you may be able receive direct reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits and I can provide all the necessary documentation you'll need. Please note that you are ultimately responsible for any charges for services rendered so it is important to inquire about your deductible, co-insurance, and/or copay before beginning therapy.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or major credit cards at the time services are rendered. I will work with you regarding co-payments and navigating your insurance reimbursement. In situations of financial hardship, I can offer a sliding scale fee structure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations of appointments must be made at least 24-hours in advance of the scheduled session. If you do not call to cancel and/or fail to show, you will be charged the full fee for that appointment. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact me as early as possible and I will make every effort to schedule another time to meet.

form with you.
All clients are asked to review and sign the Informed Consent for Therapy Services.
