CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Clinical supervision is generally required for new professionals seeking licensure in the state of California. I offer clinical supervision for new professionals seeking hours for licensure or for newly licensed professionals seeking consultation. For the past ten years I have worked within University Counseling Centers which housed APA accredited training programs. In this setting, I served as a Primary Supervisor for Master's level clinicians, Secondary Supervisor for Doctoral interns and Case Management Supervisor for both Master's level clinicians and Doctoral interns. I have also conducted various training seminars for new clinicians regarding Crisis Services, Suicide Assessment and Brief Therapy.
I approach Clinical Supervision in a collaborate model and my previous supervisees have described our supervision as consultative in nature. I enjoy the process of exploring case conceptualization through treatment planning and treatment implementation.
My hourly rate for supervision varies depending upon the needs of the supervisee (program requirements, level of experience, documentation required, etc). It is most important to me that a good collaborative relationship can be established. Please contact me regarding supervision.
