GROUP THERAPY
In group therapy, five to eight people meet together and talk about what is troubling them or areas in their life they'd like to work on. Group members express curiosity for one another's journey and also give input to each other. Group sessions are a supportive experience, offering a safe, confidential space for self exploration with others.
Group participation can be a good option for young adults or adolescents who don't have health insurance or prefer not to use their health insurance, as the session rate is much less than individual therapy. Please contact me to inquire about current group openings.
I currently offer the following groups:
Moving from Self-Criticism to Kindness
